AGENDA FOR PROTEST

1.Raising salary according to SUPREME  COURT ORDER and committee recommendation (basic minimum salary 20,000 and based on the bed strength equal to  govt nurses salary(more than 30,000) in private hospitals and clinics.

2. Take nessary action againts  fake nurses (unqualified ) who are practicing in private hospital and clinics.

3.demand  government to form an expert committee to pass the nursing practice and education act in Tamil Nadu assembly... The existing INC act 1947 can be kept as a model ..

4.implement rural health nurse practitioner (course) in tamilnadu to fulfill health care delivery deficiency in rural areas.

5.  Staff Nurse's post name should be changed as nursing officers.

6.Ensure safety environment for nurses and form a special cell for monitoring Harassment of nurses in work place.

7. Maintain nurse patient ratio according to INC rules.

8. For the scope of nursing and improve the health status of school age, implement school health nurse posting in all schools.

9.  Stop imitating, and criticising Nurses as bad and vulgar in cinemas and medias.

10.To take action against bond system and holding nurses certificate in private hospitals and stop caution deposit system in staff selection. ..
